About Orders
Jackets and jerseys are custom maid/ordered, therefore, there are no exchanges or refunds, so please take the time to make sure you are ordering the size(s) you need. We are not responsible for mis-ordered size(s). Please consult the sizing charts for help determining appropriate size(s). Jacket and jersey (pre-) orders will be available for pick-up the weekend of the ride during the Friday evening meal (August 3) or at breakfast Saturday morning (August 4) prior to the ride. Jersey orders received between July 5 - August 10, 2018 will be mail-delivered and should arrive to homes approximately 6 weeks after the ride. Once you place your order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided. For questions related to your order, please contact us.
