Preparing For the Ride

August in Nebraska can bring wind and extreme heat so please make sure to bring a plenty of water along with you on the ride. Rest stops will be provided throughout the route, however you will need to provide your own water for in between those stops.

Cell phone service may be spotty throughout the ride so there will be be service vehicles periodically driving alongside riders.

If this is your first 100 mile ride, you'll need to work up to the challenge of riding 50 miles two days in a row.  Consult your doctor before you attempt any new challenging sports activity.
